Pre-Grading
- As always, pre-grading will begin 3 weeks in advance:
- Week 1 – Preparation Week 2 – Actual pre-grading (Basics · Kata · Kumite)
- You're strongly encouraged to train hard and attend as many classes as possible to maximize your chances of being selected.
