This is a reminder that **Academy Sport will be closed on Monday 4th May and on 25th of May** due to the Bank Holiday. Therefore, there will be **no karate classes on those days**.


You are welcome to attend any of our other classes to make up for the missed session.


 Alternatively: (on other sessions)

* Students from the first class may stay longer and join the second class

* Students from the second class are welcome to arrive earlier and join the first class at other sessions

  • As always, pre-grading will begin 3 weeks in advance:
  • Week 1 – Preparation Week 2 – Actual pre-grading (Basics · Kata · Kumite)
  • You're strongly encouraged to train hard and attend as many classes as possible to maximize your chances of being selected.
