Whether you're a beginner or experienced, from any martial arts background — you're welcome at our dojo! Our classes blend Mixed Martial Arts, Karate, and practical self-defense techniques tailored for teens and adults. We focus on:
- Boosting fitness
- Teaching real-world self-defense
- Building mental resilience
You’ll learn practical skills, get a great workout, and have the opportunity to progress through karate grades (If you wish to). Advanced children may also be present in some sessions. We aim to help you feel stronger, more confident, and better prepared.

At The Porchester Centre:
- Saturday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
At Westminster Academy Sport
(Invitation Only)
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
💷 Fees
Trial Offer:
- Try 2 classes for
£30 (valid for 2 weeks).

After Your Trial:
- Pay-as-you-go: £15 per class
- Term payment:
£10.50 per class (2 classes/week for up to 8 weeks)
Gym Members (Porchester Centre):
Receive half-price classes after trial (please show proof of membership).
🧤 What You’ll Need (After Trial)
You’ll need to sign up and have the following gear:
- Karate Gloves
- Karate Suit
- Karate License (£80)
Total package available for: £125
(You may also purchase items elsewhere, except for the license.)
📲 How to Book
- Classes must be booked and paid by Wednesday to attend that weekend.
- Booking is weekly, not in advance for future weeks.
- Payments are accepted online only.
