- 4:30 – 5:30 PM: White up to Green Belt (1 stripe)
- 5:30 – 6:30 PM: All other grades
Saturday
- 2:00 – 3:00 PM: White up to Green Belt (1 stripe)
- 3:00 – 4:00 PM: Invitation Only (by Sensei)
- 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Invitation Only (by Sensei)
Sunday
- 2:00 – 3:00 PM: White up to Green Belt (1 stripe)

Notes & Safety
Important Class Information
- All classes may finish up to 5 minutes early to allow a smooth transition for the next group.
- Class times may vary slightly depending on your child’s level and ability. The Sensei will inform you if this applies to your child.
- Parents: If you are running late, please remind your child to stay inside the dojo with the Sensei. Also, ensure we have your up-to-date contact details.

Policies - T&Cs
Fees and Class Information
- Fees are based on 2 hours per week at £10.75 per hour.
- Students may attend extra classes at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Please note: Some classes may be limited to 55 minutes due to Everyone Active regulations.
Payment Terms
- The full term fee must be paid on the first lesson the student attends.
- If a student starts late or leaves early, the fee remains the same.
New Students Welcome
- New students are welcome to join at any time during the year, even if the term has already started.
- Missed weeks (prior to joining) will be deducted from the total fee.

Please note: The Karate License must be renewed annually for all students. The current renewal cost is £85 per year.
How to Join our Classes
New students are welcome to attend a trial week before committing to the full term. The standard weekly fee of
(£00.00) applies. To reserve your place, please request our bank details to pay the fee.
Class Guidelines
- Please wear sports clothing (joggers and a t-shirt). Shorts are not allowed.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Your class booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
- Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance and apply to the current week only.
- No photography is permitted during class.
- Before joining our classes, please ensure that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and General Policies.
- By making a payment and choosing to attend our classes, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for training and that you fully accept our T&C and General Policies, which can be found here and here
